Around 15 years ago, a team of enthusiastic sailors and culinary experts began an exciting journey, curating and transporting high-quality products directly from producers. This lifestyle uniquely combined artistic expression with an unwavering commitment to sourcing and sharing distinguished goods.
From Experiment to Enterprise
In 2020, driven by a vision of sustainable sea transport and curiosity for unconventional methods, a group of seven to eight members initiated an experimental venture. They explored the major islands of the western Mediterranean, connecting with local producers and utilizing seldom-used pleasure boats for transporting goods. Their efforts weren’t solely commercial; they were also deeply involved in cultural and gastronomic events, fostering awareness of maritime transport’s ecological impact. By 2023, this passion materialized into a Société coopérative d’intérêt collectif (SCIC), now supported by 170 dedicated members.
